Celebrate the kick off of the 68th Annual Poke Sallet Festival with the crowning of the 2023 Miss Harlan County! The scholarship pageant will be held at Harlan Elementary School on Tuesday May 30th. Doors open at 6 p.m. with the pageant beginning at 6:30 p.m.
